Know God

Are you saved? Are you a Christian? Do you know Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour? If your answer is yes God bless you and grow to know him. But if not, you need to find God and follow him through his Son, Jesus Christ personally.

The book of Romans in the Holy Bible is a good book to find God and know what God has for you. In Romans 1:18-21 the scripture shows the need to know God and acknowledge him as God. Romans 5:17 says if you find God and follow him you will reign in abundance of grace of God, his special favour. Finding God is not a waste of time but it is a profitable, you get good things from God. God uses people to speak and minster in your life. Romans 10:14-18 shows you receive the things of God through a preacher. God sends people to speak and minster to you the gospel.

Now you are a Christian 

You receive Jesus Christ by faith in his name. In ROMANS 10:9-10 The Bible says when you receive Jesus Christ by faith in your heart and confess he is Lord and Saviour by your mouth, God saves you and count you a righteous person, as though you never sinned and not guilty. After you received Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour you become a new Christian. Who is a Christian? A Christian is one like Christ Jesus or one belongs to Christ Jesus. One Christian in the world is a powerful person. One Christian has the ability to change the people and places. It is important for a Christian to understand what God has done and his identity and rights before God. One of the right of a Christian is he can use the name of Jesus Christ and command and stop things that does not please God.

Christianity is more than a religion, Christianity is a revelation (The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus Christ to you), Christianity is also relationship with Jesus Christ and above all Christianity is revolution. When a person becomes a Christian his life changes and he is never the same.  When you receive Jesus Christ the old lifestyle, past problems and failure are gone. And your life is completely new now, according to 2 Corinthians 5:17. As a new Christian you do not need to trouble yourself with past life. God has given you a complete new life. You do not need try to change the past God has already done that according to Galatians 6:15. 

How to develop your relationship with God?

After receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour you need to develop that relationship with God. In your Christian living, God will take you in the highest level and you will:

• Be loyal and live right  for the Lord Jesus Christ
• Have a local church
• Developed spiritually by senior minister or spiritual mentor
• Devoted in the word of God, prayer and Holy Spirit
• Donate to God and his work because of his financial grace to you
• Serving God in ministry
• Winning people for God.

Always develop yourself as a Christian in worship, the word, the work of God, witnessing and personal well-being.
