It serves to impart and impact with God' s presence and power, to unleash and usher Leadership and Ministry to the world and the church, to preach and teach the word with confirmation of signs and wonders. And to work with other ministries and churches, to minister and witness the works of Christ in 21st Century and mentor the saints to do the work of the Ministry. (ACTS 26: 16-19).
